GENERAL INFORMATION

In order to facilitate the Access to these activities, we have develop an information planning where all the sport modalities offered are detailed, with the citizens who they are addressed, facilities where they can be practiced and procedures to obtain information on these activities or getting enrolled in them.
The year is divided into 3 quarters, beginning by September and finishing by June.
Bookings must be done calling 902.444.905 or from this website.


FIRST QUARTER

From September 17 to December 11 2012.


SECOND QUARTER

From January 7 to March 27 2013.


THIRD QUARTER

From April 8 to June 21 2013.

HOW DO I MAKE THE BOOKING?

The maximum number of bookings, both through telephone or through the Internet, will be 3 bookings for each ID card given. Once the booking is done, you will be assigned an appointment in order to fill in the application form in the corresponding office of the facility you are applying to use. The user will loose his/her right to apply for the booking if he/she does not attend the appointment done in advance. In this case, he/she will have to ask for an appointment again.
Booking non formalized, will be free and offered again.
Once the application is formalized, the user will be given a magnetic card that will be indispensable to get into the facility. Moreover, together with the card, users will be given the corresponding receipt according to the payment done. Users must keep this receipt as a proof for any claim.

WHAT DO I NEED?


In the moment of formalizing the application, if you are a new user, you will have to:
- Bring a carnet size photograph
- Present your ID card
- Present the Family booklet, if the user is under age
- Sign the user file that you will be given in the Application Office

DO I HAVE DISCOUNTS???

If you are beneficiary of any discount of the Municipal Sports service:

Official European Youth Card.........................................25%
MurciaTotal Card........................................................25%
General Large Family .................................................50%
Special Large Family...................................................90%
Retired people, people older than 65 accrediting incomes under the minimum wage....................75%
Disable people with a Disability equal or superior to 65%, correspondingly accredited by the IMAS....75%.
Free Access* ......................................................100%

*Free access is obtained through the corresponding application that must be filled in and presented, together with all the documents requested, at the General Registry of the Murcia City Council or at the Registry of Palacio de los Deportes Sports Hall




CAN I CHANGE COURSE?
All members can change course if it does not involve a difference in the public price of the activity. Like that, for example, a user registered in ?Acondicionamiento fisico? (physical Conditioning) on Tuesday and Thursday might change to Musculación (body gym) into the same timetable, but not to body gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, since that change involves a variation in the rate of the public price.

PROCEDURE
You will have to book memberships for the new course by calling the line of bookings 902.444.905 or in http: // reservas.murciadeportes.com, as if it was a question of a new membership. When coming to the corresponding Office of registrations, at the day and hour indicated for that appointment, you will have to indicate that it is a change of course. The above mentioned change is immediate, without need to pay any amount. Your sports card will get up-to-date automatically allowing you, from this moment, to join the new activity.

In case a change of activity is wished with a different rate, you will have to proceed with the cancellation of the current course and a new registration.




CAN I CANCEL IT?

For the cancellation of the activity is necessary to refill and sign the official form which you can download here. . Once presented and proceeded you will stop having access to the activity and your membership will remain free for other users. When the above mentioned membership is occupied, we will proceed to the refund of the proportional part of the amount of the activity by means of transfer into the account indicated in the form.
Yo have to attach us a copy of the receipt.
