What is it?
The Physical Conditioning activity is aimed for people older than 14. For its characteristics, you do not need special physical qualities in order to practice this sport.
It is based in a physical conditioning activity, mainly aerobic, where music and rhythm are the basic elements of a programme designed as choreographies than can have more or less intensity and difficulty. The objective of this activity is to improve the cardiovascular system and the physical condition in general.
