What is it?

The Physical Conditioning activity is aimed for people older than 14. For its characteristics, you do not need special physical qualities in order to practice this sport.
It provides a general improvement of the basic physical condition, as coordination, strength, flexibility and speed are all practiced. As a consequence people obtain benefits such as the resistance increase, better breathing effectiveness, muscle tone improvement and posture problems prevention.
