Deputy Mayor’s Greeting
As Sports Deputy Mayor and as the Area Sports Manager of the City Council of Murcia, I am glad of greeting and welcoming all the visitors of this web site that is aimed to be one of the circulation and promotion tools of our daily work, as well as a reference point regarding municipal sports. From the City Sports Department, we are trying to bring sports to all the Murcian citizens, no matter their age, with the best and most varied facilities.
This new web site is an ambitious project that aims to bring sports closer to citizens and to interact with all the municipal facilities users. You will be able to know the structure of the Sports Department, to read the most important pieces of news of Murcia and the rest of Spain about sports, to reserve and apply for facilities or activities, etc. from any point with internet connection.
