SCHOOL SWIMMING SCALE 2010-2011
14/06/10.- In the section of summons the results of the scale has been published for the summons of school swimming 2010/2011

FROM 2010 MAY 1ST TO 2010 OCTOBER 31ST
RULES
First.- The object of the call is the reservation awarding for free use of the paddle-tennis courts at ?Infante Juan Manuel? Municipal Sports Hall, from 2010 May 1st to 2010 October 31st.
Second.- The call is addressed to Clubs and Associations properly registered, with the corresponding CIF (company tax code), as well as to entities, groups or people who need the reservations for training or practising this sport.
Third.- The municipal sport facilities object of this call are:
THREE PADDLE-TENNIS COURTS AT INFANTE SPORTS HALL
Fourth.- As a general rule these facilities will be closed on bank holidays. The timetable for the use of the facilities that are object of this call, with a strict indicative character, will be as follows:
FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (EXCEPT BANK HOLIDAYS) FROM 8:30 AM TO 11:30 PM
This general timetable can vary according to technical programs or celebrations of events that the Municipal Sports Service of the Sports Department of Murcia may develop in these facilities and that will be notified in advance along the semester.
Fifth.- With the aim of properly assisting the different people interested in the practice of paddle-tennis, we establish a guideline of the distribution of hour assignation of the courts that marks the following maximums as a general criterion:
1.- No user will be allowed to use more than two hours per week the courts in the evening time (from 4:30pm on)
2.- No user will be allowed to use the courts more than four hours per week.
Just in case of insufficient occupation in any of the time band, these maximums could be specifically and exceptionally modified, under the criteria of the Municipal Sports Service.
Sixth.- In order to be able to apply for this call, the users might have the following requirements:
1. The entity (club or association), group or person, must have their address within Murcia municipal district.
2. The entities must be properly inscribed in the official register of Sports clubs and federations or in the association register of the Region of Murcia during the period of the call.
3. They must have their corresponding company tax code (CIF) or tax ID number (NIF)
Seventh.- The applications must be presented at the Municipal Sports Service of the Murcia City Council, by appointment arranged at the telephone 902.444.905 or through the internet in ?murciadeportes.com?.
The period for arranging an appointment will start next Wednesday 2010 April 14th, from 9am to 2pm, until all numbers are used up. There will be just one number per call, person and ID number.
Eighth.- The formalization of inscriptions will be made in presence of the applicant in ?Palacio de los Deportes? Municipal Sports Hall, from Thursday 2010 April 15th on, attending applicants in strict arrangement order. Not attending in the day and time arranged will mean the automatic lose of the priority of the established turn, with no right to claim for it.
From Friday 2010 April 23rd, the rest of the hours that have not been awarded, could be requested by a new application form.
Ninth.- Incidences in the variations of the reservations awarded provoked by total, partial or temporal cancellations, must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance in the facility, especially in July and August.
In case these incidences are not communicated in advance and in two consecutive weeks, the Municipal Sports Service will be able to totally cancel the corresponding reservation. Anyway, in any case, 15 minutes after the beginning of the time awarded, if the user has not appeared in the facility, the court will be free for being rented.
Tenth.- The Municipal Sports Service reserves the faculty of modifying or partially or totally cancelling the reservations awarding by properly justified reasons.
Eleventh.- Awardees of the municipal Sports facilities reservations undertake to strictly comply the rules and procedures establish, both the internal regime and the payment of the public prices valid in each moment.

The time for the presentation finishes 30 days after its publication (it finishes on May 12th).

12/05/10.- Hereafter you can download the Summons of School Swimming for the educational course 2010/2011.
BOOKING OF INSTALLATION: Period that goes from the 17th until 28th of May, 2010, to present the form in the model attached to these Summons.
Once applied the Scale, the results will be exposed on the website www.murciadeportes.com informing, in addition, to the Centre of the awarding report from June 14th, 2010.
14/05/10.- It is an object of the summons to award the bookings of the sports municipal facilities that are indicated for the development of trainings and official leagues of competitions, as well as for recreational use, during the sports season 2010/2011.
